Choosing JLM Photography for you senior portraits is a great start to your senior year. Not only will you have some awesome senior portraits, but you will also have a great experience! Your images will showcase your personality and what makes you, YOU! I pay close attention to detail, to make sure that everything is in place to make your portraits the best they can be. It is my goal to provide you nothing but the best! I can ensure you I will do everything I can to get you portraits that speak to who you are and what you love!

What to Expect / How to Prepare for Your Session
TRUST YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER This is most likely the first time that you've worked with a photographer 1 on 1. It's okay to not know what to expect, how to pose, or what to do with your hands. I will guide you and coach you every step of the way.
BE IN THE MOMENT Don't overthink things. It is okay to be nervous, but we want to move past that. Focus on the right now. Let's talk, engage, laugh, dance, sing, tell jokes, and create some beautiful memories!
CREATE AN INSPIRATION BOARD An inspiration board can help to guide me in the styles, poses, and composition that resonates with you. There are no limitations. Share it with me so we can be inspired together and create some epic images to showcase how unique you are!
PLAN YOUR OUTFITS When picking your looks, think about your entire outfit from head to toe. If you aren't sure, bring a little bit of everything and we can play around with your looks. Details are everything. Mix it up. Colors, patterns florals, solids, skirts, dresses, jeans, shirts, jackets, sweaters, jerseys...Lets create a distinct look that speaks to your personality! That being said...comfort is key! Make sure you are comfortable in the outfits you choose.
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION I can refer you to many great places, but if you have a special spot in mind, I am all ears! Just remember that travel time between locations must fit within your session time! For example, if you picked a 1 hour session and your locations are 30 minutes apart, that only leaves 30 minutes of actual photography. If there are certain locations that are super meaningful, but not going to fit the timeframe, let's discuss some custom senior packages!
