Some wedding days feel like a perfect reflection of the couple at the heart of it all—and Sterling and Kellie’s June wedding at Watson Block in Minneapolis was exactly that. Fun, laughter-filled, sentimental, and full of energy, their day was such a beautiful celebration of a love story that began years ago.


These two are high school sweethearts who have been at each other’s side through so many milestones. And now, they’ve added another one to the list: marriage.


From the minute I walked in, Sterling and Kellie brought nothing but light and joy. They are one of those couples who make everyone around them feel instantly comfortable with their easygoing personalities and effortless smiles.


You can tell they’ve grown up together—there’s a natural rhythm between them, a quiet confidence in who they are as a team, and a deep appreciation for the life they’ve built side by side.


Watson Block is such a unique Minneapolis wedding venue—full of character, exposed brick, and so much charm. It created the perfect backdrop for Sterling and Kellie’s day, blending modern city vibes with a cozy, intimate atmosphere.

The warm June weather gave us the perfect opportunity to explore downtown, soak in the city energy, and capture portraits that felt relaxed, genuine, and full of personality—just like them.


A champagne spray on a rooftop was the perfect way to celebrate “we’re married!” in true Sterling~and-Kellie fashion: playful, carefree, and bursting with laughter.


After heartfelt vows and emotional toasts, the celebration kicked into high gear. Their reception at Watson Block was full of movement, music, and nonstop laughter. These two know how to have a good time, and their guests matched their energy from start to finish.


Sterling and Kellie spent their night exactly how they should—surrounded by the people who love them most, dancing, smiling, and savoring every second of their new beginning.
